Hiring & Implementation

All CSRs are employees of APS with recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, payroll taxes, workers compensation insurance & PTO, covered in our program. We screen, interview, background check all CSRs prior to being assigned to any account. Our managers attempt to match the proper CSR to the proper account to reduce turnover and maximize effectiveness.

Backup CSRs
